After owning a useless and very unreliable Dyson, I became a Kirby convert around 10 years ago ... I couldn't believe just how much ingrained dirt was in my carpets. I came across a G5 ... kept if for 4 years ... and then upgraded to an Ultimate G. I absolutely adore it.
