The Kirby Company is seeking a dynamic Executive Administrative Coordinator to serve as the “right hand” to the President of North American Sales. This role will manage a number of competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and is responsible for calendar management, organizing travel & accommodations, providing communication & correspondence to clients, completing expense reports, managing a calendar for the President of Sales, and other business related tasks.

The Executive Administrative Coordinator must be actively involved in understanding the business to align Executive’s time and resources to business priorities, organize and handle various administrative functions, and oversee the tracking & measurement of multiple sales reports.

This position will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives, and requires someone who is action oriented, effective at multitasking and pays close attention to detail. Must be a self-starter who can work well independently as well as with groups.

Working Conditions

· Office environment with prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer

· Multi-tasking

· Lifting up to 25 pounds, and ability to move items around, pushing/pulling (when events take place),

· Event coordination assistance may include long periods of standing, walking
