Position Summary: 1-3 Key Points describing the accomplishment or goals this position is to meet or exceed.

1. Establish and maintain online presence and place digital lead gen campaigns for Kirby’s network of independent Distributors and serve as the “go-to” for Kirby Distributor digital inquiries

2. Implement digital tools and resources to effectively reach target audience and achieve campaign objectives

3. Develop social media content and videos to drive engagement among Kirby sales force

Position Description

Essential Functions (In order of importance, list the essential detailed tasks, duties & responsibilities to accomplish the above three goals.)

  • Work closely with Distributor network to create social media business pages and content across popular platforms
  • Coordinate copy, imagery, and other assets to enhance online presence
  • Improve SEO and ORM with online business registration, site optimizations and regular social media content & monitoring
  • Work hands-on with Kirby field sales teams, recruiters, etc.
  • Assist with administration and registration of Distributor resource website
  • Develop social media copy, content to drive engagement on Field-facing channels; assist with video execution/editing and photography
  • Execute digital media campaigns to impact awareness, recruitment and lead generation
  • Track, measure and adjust digital marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing departments to implement additional digital strategies

Required Skills & Experience (List minimum educational & experience qualifications, specialized knowledge, computer proficiencies, military service certifications, etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field and 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing

• Expertise in social media platforms and experience with digital advertising

• Experience with WordPress

• Experience with email marketing platforms like MailChimp

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Highly detail-oriented and organized

• Ability to multi-task, problem solve and manage multiple timelines

Preferred Skills & Experience (List any educational & experience qualifications, specialized knowledge, computer proficiencies, military service certifications, etc. that are preferred.)

• Knowledge of Google ads and Google analytics a plus

• Video editing experience (Premier/After Effects)

• Photography/lighting experience

• Proficiency Adobe Creative Cloud

• HTML, CSS knowledge a plus but not required
