1. Negotiate supply agreements that reduce costs, improve quality and enhance delivery performance from current supplier base

2. Resolve domestic & international transportation issues & documents, along with the management of inventory planning at our third-party warehouse

3. Coordinate the master production schedule efficiently to provide a continuous flow of raw material and finished goods



  • Drives cost, quality and delivery performance from current supplier base
  • Negotiates supply agreements and procurement of raw materials
  • Researches and investigates new technologies/processes to improve product quality and cost
  • Resolves quality problems pertinent to the supplier base


  • Manages and executes all Third-Party Warehouse inventory planning
  • Processes customer orders
  • Resolves domestic transportation issues
  • Oversees third-party warehouses to ensure transactions processed timely & accurately
  • Prepares and processes in international shipping documents

Material Planning

  • Manages master production schedule and drives MRP replenishment
  • Coordinates all scheduling, expediting, production, inbound freight and inventory control
  • Ensures efficient and continuous flow of raw material and finished goods
  • Responsible for the logistics and budgetary control of inbound freight activities

Open to considering recent graduates or candidates with limited experience who demonstrate a passion for supply chain management. There may be rotational opportunities within the three Supply chain functions of Purchasing, Distribution and Materials Planning, providing cross-functional learning and development.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or engineering
  • 2 – 4 years’ experience in Purchasing, Distribution & Transportation or Material Planning
  • Solid communication and collaboration skills as position will be working with a variety of departments
  • Sourcing and negotiation experience


  • Supplier certification
  • Experience in low cost country sourcing including China, India and Vietnam
  • Understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Just-in-Time (JIT)

  • Ability to sit or stand at a work-desk station or office for extended period of times
  • Ability to hear and verbally communicate with external & internal customers
  • Flexible work hours at times to meet the time demands of working with international suppliers
