Position Summary: Key Accomplishments for this Role

1. Manage overall social media and content marketing strategy.

2. Implement digital tools and resources to effectively reach target audience and achieve campaign objectives.

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for planning and content creation for social media presence; lead social media growth by scheduling regular posts and interactions within communities
  • Steward of our various websites including content creation, site updates/development, trouble-shooting and analytics
  • Coordinate and execute email campaigns to support marketing goals
  • Support marketing team with e-commerce activities, both domestic and international
  • Leverage data available via Google Analytics to support creation of reports on impact of the e-commerce, email marketing and digital advertising programs; recommend opportunities to improve
  • Coordinate with digital advertising agency to plan and execute campaigns through Google, Facebook and other relevant digital platforms
  • Coordinate with Kirby’s internal design team to deliver all creative assets needed for digital advertising campaign
  • Manage sales promotion elements to support Field sales team
  • Present new ideas to members of the team and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Work closely with Contracts Department to keep online records up-to-date

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field and 1-2+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to multi-task, problem solve and manage multiple timelines
  • Knowledge of WordPress CMS and other website creation/development tools
