If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of belts, filter bags, brush rolls, or other non-chemical cleaning supplies sold by The Kirby Company on our website, www.kirby.com, you may return your purchase for a refund (minus shipping charges) within 30 days of the delivery date.
Please call The Kirby Company at 1-800-437-7170 for assistance with your return. Upon approval, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item(s).
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us and appropriate deductions will be made for any missing or damaged items. You may not return any parts or supplies that have been used. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will refund to you the cost of items returned in accordance with these policies, minus our costs to ship the product(s) to you initially.
If you decide to refuse a shipment without contacting us, we will charge you the shipping cost you were charged, or $6.95 if you received free shipping.
If you are uncertain that you are ordering the correct item, please call with questions. We will be happy to assist you.
If a package is returned to our facility due to an undeliverable shipping address, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost or $6.95 if you received free shipping.
If your product is damaged in transit or defective upon arrival, we will exchange the product for you at no charge. We ask that you contact us within seven (7) days of receiving the damaged product.
If you receive the wrong items and it is a mistake due to the Kirby Company, please notify us so we can take appropriate action.
