The Kirby Vacuum Cleaner provides excellent versatility for cleaning tasks, from removing dead skin from your mattress to extracting sand embedded in carpets. It is also durable and will last much longer than an average vacuum. If you take advantage of the free carpet cleaning for a room in your home, be prepared for it to take between 1 and 3.5 hours, depending on how interested you are in the various attachments it offers. Also, vacuum the area beforehand—I learned the hard way not to skip this step. Furthermore, the Kirby vacuum will help any renter who needs to have their carpets cleaned before moving out.
Believe it. I’ve sold, serviced and collected Kirby vacuums since the late 1990’s I’ve had almost every model from the 510 to the Sentria 2. I even have a Golden Trophy Tradition that is the cornerstone of my collection. Call me insane but I stand by these tanks and they are worth their weight in gold. I should work at the Factory in the rebuild department. Been to the Factory and was trained in the service and maintenance from the Factory to keep these machines running like new. It doesn’t matter how “heavy “ they are. Only from the closet to the outlet then they drive themselves pretty much. Even the 1CB isn’t that heavy to move around. I’d put my reputation on it you can put any “throwaway “ vacuum cleaner against any Kirby for quality, reliability and performance and Kirby will eat its cake and ask for thirds. Even Sebo (I have a G1 essential) or Miele or anything else on the market it’s only gonna last maybe 5-10 years without a major rebuild. Try and suck up a quarter or penny and see what happens. I know the Kirby will take a roll of quarters and not as for change back. Yeah they might be expensive but so is the Carpet, Furniture and appliances in your home. Don’t be afraid to invite a Kirby man into your home for a demonstration. They will give you a fair trade in allowance on your old Dyson or whatever you have. Haggle with them. I bet you could get one with all the attachments and shampooer for 1,400. Now the best part is the lifetime rebuild agreement. For half the price of a Dyson or for the price of a Hoover you can send it back to the factory and get it rebuilt to New condition. Why not. Buy once and cry once. And when you support an American business you will get the best deal for your investment. Take the opportunity to take pride in your home and your family with the best vacuum cleaner on the market today.
For everyone hating you’re weird my mom has had hers for about 23 years and has 0 issues maybe if you guys stop abusing it it’ll work top tier for you too
Hi! 4 stars for unit and 0 stars for service. I bough avalir 2 unit in 2019 and after 5 years sent to service to do maintenance. I am from Romania and paid 2800 eur. After one month I sarted to call seller for maintenance status. They sent me from “mistake” another unit/serial number. My luck were that I made a photo of my serial in the miment that let in service. My serial were found into another county and sent to me. I paid 100 eur for something which i don’t know if they done because tild me that changed turbine with new one, new turbine has dust on her … i don’t know how, because were changed with new one.
Ok. I paid and when i started to clean house, after 2-3 minutes unit start to have some strange noise and switched off. Send a video to seller, and my unit were sent to the anither service. I’m affraid now, how much money will request from me for possible repair. I consider that this product is a Big Scam.
Love the new Kirby and I love working on Kirby’s too. I have vacuumed with my new Kirby had it demoed by nice folks named Barbra and Mr. J he shampooed the carpet and vacuumed it got alot of dirt out it did a very good job. It was used in hose mode so the ceiling fan can get vacuumed too well this is a gift from God too.
